At Sif Netherlands, we are currently innovating on how to make the installation process of monopiles more efficient.
The Skybox Lite is our first offshore demonstrator, that focuses on validating the Slip joint technology.
Upcoming steps on the Skybox journey will include the upscaled dimensions to obtain an A-level DNV-GL certificate.
In september, we installed the Skybox Lite onto the windtower.
The greatest success was that our model predicted the exact spot - with millimeter precision - where the Skybox would lock into place.
