Founded in 1948

Sif was founded in 1948 by Jan Jacob Schmeitz. For a long time, Sif was a family-owned business that produced tubular steel structures, including pressure vessels.

Compared to other options, monopile foundations are popular due to their low manufacturing costs, low transport and installation costs, and low risk profile due to their flawless track record.
