Everyone at Sif must be able to work safely and healthily—every single day. For us, safety is not just about rules and procedures, but about mindset and behaviour. We continue to develop our safety culture in line with the Safety Culture Ladder. This makes awareness and behaviour both measurable and improvable. We believe it’s only natural that employees, visitors, customers and suppliers leave our site in the same good health as when they arrived.
Environment & Climate: sustainable choices, every single day
We take responsibility for our impact on the world around us. That’s why, in the coming years, we’re focusing on:
- 100% electrification at Maasvlakte 2
- HVO 100 biofuel for inland shipping, reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 90%
- Shore power installations for docked seagoing vessels
- Circular steel projects in collaboration with supply chain partners

Our monopiles are built to withstand all weather conditions. We follow the principle of First Time Right: flawless, precise and sustainable.
Welds are electrically preheated for optimal precision, and our production facilities are equipped to manufacture XXXL monopiles to the highest standards.
Through audits, quality measurements, improvement programmes and certifications, we deliver the reliability our customers expect. At Sif, we don’t just build monopiles—we build trust. Every single day.
