Media & Publishing policy

We are happy to support publications that contribute to Sif’s interests. We handle all requests with care and responsibility. For existing visual material, please visit our media library. These images are free to use.
Would you like to create and publish new visual content? Please read the information below and submit the request form.

As a publicly listed company, Sif follows strict guidelines for sharing information.
Price-sensitive information is only published through official press releases issued by Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs. Our factory contains uniquely designed customer products and advanced machinery, much of which has been developed specifically for and by Sif. This information may be confidential and commercially sensitive.

Therefore, taking and publishing photos or videos at our locations is not permitted. There are two exceptions:

1. Functional footage based on contractual agreements

Business partners may create functional footage under the following conditions:

  • Recordings must take place under supervision of a designated Sif contact person.
  • The footage is strictly for internal use, such as reports or documentation, and may not be shared publicly.

2. Promotional footage for Sif or business partners

Would you like to create promotional content? This is possible if:

  • The footage also serves Sif’s interests.
  • You submit a request via the form below.
  • You comply with the conditions and guidelines listed under point 3.

The Communications department will assess your request within 5 working days.
You may only film or photograph at our locations after receiving written approval by email.

3. Rules and restrictions for creating visual content

If permission is granted, the following restrictions apply:

  • It is strictly forbidden to capture photos or videos of:
    Intellectual property, commercially sensitive information, factory halls, machinery, production methods, documents, screen content, work processes, access passes, security gates, surveillance systems, and network or IT equipment.
  • Project or product-related content may not be published without the customer’s consent.
  • Do not publish personal data or images of individuals without their written consent. Follow GDPR regulations.
  • Ensure that the material does not violate our core values, safety standards or reputation.

4. Publishing visual content

After creating visual content, you must request approval before publishing. Send all images and accompanying text to: communications@sif-group.com. This must be done at least 2 working days before publication. Only approved material may be published*. Rejected content must be deleted. Each request is carefully reviewed to determine what may be shared and under which conditions.

*Enforcement and Penalties

  • Violations may cause significant damage to Sif and its partners. In case of non-compliance:
  • You may be fined €50,000 per day
  • You may be held liable for damages
  • Legal consequences may apply under the Dutch Trade Secrets Act
  • Disputes fall under Dutch law and will be handled by the Court of Roermond
