New modern rollers for P11
Good news! For P11, we are making our production process even better with the arrival of new rollers. With these machines, we will ensure that the production process runs safely and efficiently at our new plant on MV2.
In October, we took delivery of two new rollers from Davi: the MCB 4-roll and the MAV 3-roll, after ordering them at the end of last year. Our colleagues Jeroen Kaarsemaker, Ben Koonen, Martin Lammers and Thomas Plitzko helped with the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). They have been intensively involved in the process over the past months and provided very valuable input. Our team is convinced that with these rollers we are ready for the future. The machines are very solidly built and have good accessories for feeding plates and manipulating the workpiece. In addition, they have an intuitive operating interface.
Meanwhile, the rollers have almost been delivered. The aim is to install these rollers in the new hall at MV2 in spring 2024. It is planned to put them into operation starting in the summer.
